Job Description:

Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Project Manager ensures a smooth project experience for all clients. They are responsible for the day-to-day operations of projects, including planning, organizing, and executing from beginning to end. This may include but is not limited to:

  • Working with the team to develop and implement project management practices as needed

  • Serving as the client point of contact (where needed) and creating project documentation such as project plans, schedules, and meeting agendas

  • Monitoring project progress and communicating status updates internally and with clients

  • Monitoring client requests and ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner

  • Updating and maintaining project information in a project management software

  • Proactively identifying risks and potential roadblocks

  • Managing communication flow between team members and clients

  • Assisting with proposal creation

  • Organizing meetings

  • Recording meeting notes and sharing them with the team and clients

  • Assigning tasks to team members

  • Facilitating project debriefs, ensuring learning and innovation are incorporated into future processes


  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or Project Management Certificate

  • PMP (or PMP in progress) considered an asset

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts

  • Knowledge and understanding of project coordination and scheduling using Trello, Asana, Airtable, or similar.

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

  • Agency experience would be considered an asset
