Medical & Dental Coverage
Outshine offers team members family or single enrolment in a group health and dental plan. We pay 80%, you pay 20%.
Through our group plan, we will happily match your RRSP contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 3% of your salary (to start).
Vacation & Holidays
Outshine team members enjoy a minimum of 3 weeks vacation, a few extra personal days to use at your discretion, as well as the standard stat holidays every year.
